PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST OPENS

Georgetown Housing Authority will be accepting online applications at http://www.gtownha.org

01/05/2021 through 02/01/2021 for 2-, 3-, & 4-bedroom units.

Online applicants must have a valid Social Security Number, date of birth, & an email address.

Applicants may return to the website to check the status of completed applications & to make changes.

LOBBY ACCESS LIMITED

As a result of government guidance to the COVID-19 outbreak, access to the Housing Authority lobby is limited to two people until further notice.  Please abide by the CDC guidance on social distancing of 6 feet.

Ways to Pay your Rent:

  • Limited access to lobby

  • Whitaker Bank Drive-Thru - You must have your tenant rent statements with you.  Rent payments are only accepted during Whitaker Bank’s first 5 business days.

  • U.S. Postal Mail Service – Your money order or check must be for the full amount due. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Reporting Changes:

Changes will only be accepted through telephone communication, E-Mail, the U.S. Postal Mail Service or FAX.  Please call with any questions or concerns on reporting.
